In our meetings, we will start a therapeutic journey focused on the body as our primary guide while exploring the psyche in depth. This process invites you to connect regularly with your inner world, what becomes a habit of presence and awareness.
Our work together will allow us to gently confront and cleanse old wounds, open the heart, and confront shadow aspects that may be working against your growth. This is deep, transformative work that calls for patience, presence, and sometimes courage.
Through a combination of body-centered therapy, mindfulness, and counseling, I will help you ground yourself in your body and exhale, so we can then together start unraveling where there is need for some attention and love.
Body psychotherapy is a holistic approach that combines elements of traditional psychology with somatic techniques that engage the body’s sensations, movements, and physical expressions.
